Solution: let the network DHCP server to configure the domain controller (particularly DNS server)

I would like to share my experience with you parts.
Undzwar the error may be because that the registration service has shot down unnoticed.
One Navigate: Start-> Control Panel-> Administration-> Services (Open with administrator rights) - "Restart"> Right-click on "Registration Service" or in English "Netlogon" and restart or.
